FYI, SpotboyE.com was the FIRST to bring you that John Abraham is likely to star in APD 2, and not just that, Firoz Nadiadwala has (almost) cast him even for Welcome 3 and Welcome 4. That's good going for Abraham who is doing quite well for himself especially after Satyamev Jayate and Batla House.

The host-turned-director has been asked by the Indian Film And Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) to show cause against the sexual harassment allegations made by certain women against him. After some days,  IFTDA received a reply from him: "I apologise to IFTDA if any embarrassment has been caused to the association by the alleged accusation against me. These allegations have not only caused irreparable harm to my career, but more importantly, grieved my mother and sister immensely. At the outset, I deny the complaints levelled against me as stated in your notice. I humbly request you to not to form any one-sided judgement. I am always happy to extend any cooperation to my association,” said Sajid, as reported by Bombay Times.

On the other hand, President of IFTDA, Ashoke Pandit, had told BT,, “Four complaints were received by us against Sajid Khan, which the ICC committee felt were serious. Hence, it was important to hear his side also before taking any decision. IFTDA and its mother body FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) have taken up this issue seriously.

IFTDA had also met Sajid personally. The meeting went on for one-and-a-half hours in the presence of Bhavna Talwar, Ashoke Pandit and 2 senior lawyers. The meeting was largely presided over by ace lawyer Mrunalini Deshmukh. Sajid had maintained throughout the meeting that he is innocent.
